When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All UK orders are subject to VAT. For orders from Europe and the rest of World, no VAT will be applied.
We accept Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD).
Our preferred payments methods are bank transfer or card payment but do accept cheques. All the banking information is provided on our invoices.
UK orders are shipped via Special Delivery and are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
International orders are shipped via DHL and are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World may be subject to import duties and local taxes levied by the local authorities. Payment of these is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and should be paid directly to the appropriate authority.
Refunds and Order Cancellation
If you decide within 30 days of purchasing our products do not meet your requirements, we will give you a full refund subject to the USB HASP key being returned or the unlocking code released (for software items) or the product being returned. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Refunds will usually be paid within 30 days.
