CIBSE Guide D Transportation systems in buildings is an internationally recognised and respected reference on vertical transportation.

The CIBSE Guide D: 2025 seminar and official launch of the seventh edition will be held on 23 September 2025 from 9.00am to 4.00pm. at Kettering Park Hotel, Kettering, UK.
Authors will provide an overview of each chapter, in particular highlighting new material. This event has been scheduled so that is it convenient to extend your trip if you are attending the 16th Symposium on Lift and Escalator Technologies .

The fee includes all seminar sessions and lunch. Please note the registration fee does not include accommodation.

CIBSE Guide D 2025 will be available from the CIBSE website and will be free to download for CIBSE members

Joining instructions will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the seminar.

General

• Your place is not confirmed until payment is received.
• Payment must be received within 30 days of booking or your registration will be cancelled.
• Only electronic invoices will be issued.  If you require a paper invoice an extra admin charge of GBP 5.00 (ex VAT) will be added to your invoice.
• Payment is processed by Peters Research Ltd on behalf of CIBSE.
• VAT (where applicable), will be added at the checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• A 100% refund minus a GBP 20.00 (ex VAT) processing fee will be given if written (email) notice of cancellation is received by 31 August.
• A 50% refund minus a GBP 20.00 (ex VAT) processing fee will be given if written (email) notice of cancellation is received before 5 September.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 6 September. No refunds will be given for delegates who do not attend the seminar.
• If a delegate cannot attend the seminar we will accept a substitute without penalty providing written(email) confirmation is received on or before 10 September.
• Substitutions after this date will incur an administration fee of GBP 20.00 (ex VAT).
• All refunds will be processed after the seminar.
• In the event of the seminar being cancelled or postponed for commercial or other reasons, the organisers will return all registration fees already paid but this does not include any accommodation or travel costs.
